Road

Piling is done every 1 square meter to prevent subsidence.

Concrete road is laid except some areas, front gates and fence, which have to consult the architect.

Door and Window Frame

Door and window frame is another part that moves very very slow. They are working on attaching the aluminum frame, it may take about a few months to complete their work.

Slowly Move On

We have a bathroom in 2-story house which intend to be a spa room, so Polished stone or terrazzo is used; floor, wall and bath tub is shaped by hand.

Iron parapet is installed on front steps and balcony. Antique stone is selected to make house look more attractive.

Bathroom Decoration

There are 4 bathroom in 1-story house and 5 bathroom in 2-story house. I guess my architect prefer antique stone and ceramic tile, therefore, there are many places in bathroom are decorated with these stones and provide different mood.

Floor Tile

Construction works slowly move on, they finish laying floor tile and the other swimming pool.

Going on

They continually work on the wood part, they use Sharea obtusa or Teng because of its strength and being durable to outdoor weather. Anyway, some part has been changed to conwood due to its quality which is more durable compare to real wood.

Ceiling is attached. Measuement is needed before painting.

We select ceramic tile, Ocean Blue, for the swimming pool which will make it look deep like ocean. The 4x10 meter pool of 1-strory house is long enough to swim, float, and relax while looking to the big lawn of fairway, it is very very cozy, I guess.

There are lots of soil which was up during piling. It has been moved so road can be constructed.

Air Conditioner and Wood Part

We select "Diakin" for our project. As recommended by architect, it will look really nice to use Duct Connection Static Pressure Type that the machine will be installed in the ceiling, although it is much more expensive than ordinary wall type.

Some part of the house are real wood, which is touchable. But some part, we change to conwood in order to save the forest.

Stair and Bathroom wall

After electrical conduits are installed, ceiling frame are prepared.

Concrete stairs in front of 2-story house are built. Each step is attached to wall without string on the other side.

Bathroom wall is attached with tiles. Each bathroom contain different styles so as to different colors.

However, beige tone is the basic color with some decoration stones because it provides comfortable feeling.

Electrical Conduit and Outside Ceiling

The electrical conduit was connected around the houses. Ceiling beams are being constructed.

Outdoor ceiling are being constructed under the roof.

Roof Tiling is Finished

Shingle Roof has been tiling by a specialist which it took just a few days to finish.

Roof Structure

Roof structure for 2-story house has been constructed after postponed for several months. Walls have been plastered and all bathrooms are ready for tiling.

We decided to change roof material to Asphalt Shingle and modify some architecture structure in order to lower the height of the house. According to the architects, the house should be lower about 1 meter, therefore we could see some trees if we stood on the second floor of the 2-story house.

1-Story House : Concrete Wall

The concrete wall was constructed for 1-Story House. The constructor used autoclave aerated concrete blocks for all walls except toilet walls.

1-Story House : Concrete Floor

First week of November, 2007, I with an architect, looked over the progress of the construction. The car parking and the bathroom concrete floor of 1-story house were built.

Swimming Pool

Swimming pool is one of the selling points of our housing project. The structure will made of reinforced concrete, so it very strong. We have selected overflow system for pool system and salt-chlorinators and sand filter for purification system. For the overflow system, water level will be the same as the edge of the pool, so it looks like natural lake. Salt-chlorinators is better for skin than chorine and it is most acceptable currently. The contractor for the pool system named S.Napa (Thailand), one of the most experienced swimming pool specialists in Thailand. These can assure that our swimming pool is well-built and high quality and standard from reputable pool expert.

The area was ready for installing the system.

The water pipes are installed under the concrete floor while they are working on the electrical line.

Second Floor Columns

On the second week of October, they started to build second floor columns of the 2-story house.

Finished 1st Floor Columns

In Septeber 2007, first floor composite columns were erected; pest control system and some water pipes were installed to both houses.

1-story house, roof beam was constructed.
